• A vehicle inquiry or test-drive request does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee a test drive.
• A vehicle remains available unless and until Kwick N Shine confirms otherwise through the applicable sales process.
• Any vehicle transaction is governed by its final purchase documents and disclosures, not by a website inquiry.

The website does not, by itself, offer or promise financing, warranties, vehicle-history reports, inspections, delivery, trade-ins, or any other service not expressly identified as available. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a representation concerning motor-vehicle-dealer licensing status.

4. Vehicle Rentals / DRIVE

Submitting an Apply to Drive form is an expression of interest or an application only. It does not constitute rental approval, reserve a vehicle, or create a rental agreement. Applicants must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements, and availability is not guaranteed.

Approved renters must enter into a separate rental agreement and comply with applicable vehicle-use policies. Security deposits, rental rates, eligibility and insurance requirements, mileage or geographic restrictions, permitted use, and other transaction terms are governed by the final rental agreement.

Kwick N Shine does not control and cannot guarantee eligibility for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, or any other rideshare or delivery platform. References to third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

5. Professional Detailing / SHINE

A detailing request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Kwick N Shine must confirm availability, service details, location, and final pricing. Prices shown as “starting at” are estimates or base prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, type, condition, contamination, requested services, service location, and other relevant factors. Specialty vehicles or services may require a custom quote, and mobile-service availability may depend on location and service conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, branding, graphics, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Kwick N Shine and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use.
